Martin Lewis Bohn, 69, Shawnee, Kan., died Thursday, September 20, 2007, from pancreatic cancer. A memorial service will be held Saturday, September 22, at 3 p.m., at Mission Road Community of Christ Church, 7842 Mission Road, Prairie Village, Kan. Martin was born August 9, 1938, in Watson, Mo. He was a graduate of Liberty High School, and a lifelong resident of the Greater Kansas City area, serving as a letter carrier with the United States Postal Service for over 39 years. He is survived by his wife, Jo Ann, Shawnee, Kan., daughter Donna Bohn, Grand Rapids, Mich., son Keith, daughter-in-law Lynette, and granddaughter Haley Bohn, Midland, Texas, two stepdaughters and their families, Amy and David Litteral and sons Conner and Aidan, Spring Grove, Pa., Jo Beth and Jeff Elliott and sons Noah and Ryan, Overland Park, Kan. Additional surviving family includes sister-in-law Beverly Bohn, brother Walter Bohn and wife Betty, sisters Roseanna Schell and Roseatta Emrich, brother Ernest Rosenthal and wife Linda, foster sister Anna Maxine Allen and husband Lewis, foster brother Ronald Lynch, eight nieces and nephews, and many great nieces and nephews, all of the greater Kansas City area.
