Mary Louise (Happy) Kriebs, 79, left the physical body on Friday, February 15, 2013 following an extended illness. Born in Liberty, MO on July 28, 1933, she was the youngest of three children. After graduating Liberty High School in 1951, she attended Central Radio and Television School; taking courses in typing, airline hostessing and radio telephone operation. She married Earl Joseph Kriebs of Galena, Illinois in 1954 and had three girls; Marjorie, Jennifer and Gretchen. During her lifetime she lived in Galena, Chicago and settled her family in Brazil, Indiana in the mid 1950’s. She became a local Girl Scout leader and attended Staunton First Christian church while also working as a waitress at Adami’s restaurant. She bowled in many leagues as well as played cards and did ceramics with friends. In 1972, she was able to hire on with Columbia Records in Terre Haute, IN and stayed with that company when it moved to Carrollton, GA in 1983. She retired from Sony Corp in 1996 and began taking many local crafting, exercise and social classes around Carrollton. She was involved with the Sony Retiree Group as well as a couple of traveling clubs and traveled to many countries around the world. She was also very devoted to her granddaughter Gabby and spent much time babysitting and having a good time with her. Boop Boop de Boop to you Mom.  Preceding her in death were her parents, her former husband Earl Kriebs, her son-in-law Robert Hughes, daughter Jennifer Kriebs and her brother Eddie Happy. Surviving her are her daughter, Marjorie Hughes (Terre Haute, IN); daughter, Gretchen House, son-in-law Will House, Jr., granddaughter Gabby House (Villa Rica, GA); step daughter Cassie House (Douglasville, GA) and sister Betty Happy Early Sandifer (Jacksonville, FL); as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins.  Cremains will be scattered at a location and a later date to be determined by the family.
